About Us

Joseph Adams, BCBA, founded Adams Behavioral Consulting and has spent more than 15 years helping individuals with disabilities and their families build the skills that lead to greater independence at home, at school, and in the community. He blends evidence-based ABA with close partnership with families and educators, so progress made in sessions carries over into everyday life, and has a particular passion for supporting older children and adults on the autism spectrum. Joseph holds a bachelor's degree in sociology from Covenant College, a master's degree in education from the University of Phoenix, and a certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Saint Joseph's University. He also co-hosts Beyond The Science Podcast.

Rashida Biera, MA, BCBA, LBA, is the Clinical Director at Adams Behavioral Consulting, where she provides clinical oversight across Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Behavior Support Services (BSS). She leads clinical operations, program development, quality assurance, and staff training to ensure ethical, high-quality care. Rashida brings more than 15 years of experience in social services, including autism services, gerontology, and support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and has served in supervisory, director, and regional director roles. She earned her master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University and became a BCBA in 2020. She is a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, and is passionate about mentoring professionals, empowering families, and advancing culturally responsive care.

Breon Cornelius is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) serving as a Clinical Supervisor and Fieldwork Facilitator with Adams Behavioral Consulting. In this role, she oversees clinical service delivery, develops treatment plans, guides direct care staff, and coordinates supervision for graduate students accruing BACB fieldwork hours. In addition to her work with Adams Behavioral Consulting, Breon serves as a Lead BCBA for Atlanta Public Schools (APS), where she brings behavior science into everyday classroom practice. A graduate of Savannah State University and Ball State University, Breon brings experience across clinical, community, collegiate, and educational settings. She is passionate about helping children and families thrive, strengthening evidence-based practices, and mentoring the next generation of BCBAs. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, family, and friends.
